Vintage handcrafted Caribbean or Bahamian souvenir doll, known as a 'fruit hat doll.' Features a straw and woven skirt adorned with artificial flowers and fruit, and a vibrant headpiece with artificial fruit, including bananas, oranges, and a pineapple. The doll wears traditional clothing with a plaid fabric top and lace trim. The 'sleepy eyes' design opens and closes. Approximately 12 inches in height. The underside of the skirt shows traditional woven construction, reinforced with paper materials.
